The Government of India’s Department of Personnel and Training established the Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC). Eligibility Criteria for BSSC Inter level Exam
Applicants must meet the required age and educational requirements to be eligible for the BSSC inter level exam.
- Age limit for BSSC Inter Level Exam:
Female applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 40, and male candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 37 to apply for the BSSC inter level exam.
- Educational Qualifications for BSSC Inter Level Exam:
The applicant must have passed the intermediate exam from any recognised Board to be eligible for the BSSC inter-level exam. Basic shorthand and typing skills are required for a clerk position.

How to apply for BSSC Inter level Mains Exam
- To begin, go to the BSSC’s official website (@bss.bih.nic.in).
- Then provide a valid phone number or email address to register.
- Then, using your user id and password, log in.
- Fill out the application form with all of the required information, and then choose the post that is most important to you, as well as the exam centres that are most important to you.
- The application fee must be paid.

- Then go to the career tab and look for the tab where the BSSC admit card is mentioned.
- Use your user ID and password to log in.
- Then, on the link that says “download admit card,” click it.
- Then you’ll be able to get your admit card.
Selection Procedure and Syllabus for BSSC inter level Exam
In the overall BSSC selection process, there are three main steps.
- BSSC 1st Inter Level Prelims Exam
- BSSC 1st Inter Level Mains Exam
- Exam Interview
The BSSC inter level Mains exams can only be taken after the Prelims Exam has been passed. After all of the events have taken place, the final merit list will be prepared.
BSSC inter level exam Cut off
- The minimum qualifying marks for the general category are 40%.
- The qualifying marks for OBC are 36.50 percent.
- Applicants in the SC/ST category must score 32 percent to pass the exam.
- To be eligible for the exam, females must score 32 percent.
- The qualifying marks for PWD are 32%.
