Focus on your NCERT textbook questions and solved examples.
Add breakpoints in between your timetable. After an hour or 2 hours of study, you can add a break of 15 to 20 minutes to spend time doing the things you love. You can play your favorite game, draw your favorite sketch, take a walk in your favorite place etc.
This will help you in keeping yourself fresh and active and you will feel less tired. This will also help you in focusing on your studies better and will help you in keep going on not feeling exhausted.

2. Develop a Habit of Exercise

Exercise is an important part of your health as well as any department for the army. Your physical health is tested in a personal interview. To qualify this you have to make yourself fit and active.
For this, an hour of exercise a day is compulsory. You can consult a dietician or can browse online about the different ways you can change your eating and drinking habits.
Drink as much water as you can. 20 litre of water a day is compulsory but remember not to drink water exactly after having a meal.
