In 1961, the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) was established. The Government of India founded it in order to improve the quality of education in India’s schools. The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has taken many initiatives to provide many thriving possibilities to brilliant and aspiring pupils. Many programmes, including the National Talent Search Examination, were created with the same goal in mind (NTSE).
Students in Class X are required to take the NTSE Exam. NTSE is a Government of India-sponsored national scholarship programme that can be immensely valuable to students throughout their academic careers. The exam isn’t just about NTSE scholarships; it’s also a source of great pleasure and honour for every student to be recognised as a national treasure.
Candidates will receive one mark for each correct answer on both stages of the exam. Negative marking is not available for the NTSE Stage-I exam, but one-third of a mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer for the NTSE Stage-II exam. Unattempted questions, on the other hand, receive no negative marking.
The following documents are necessary for the NTSE Exam 2022: a coloured photograph in school uniform that is no more than 6 months old, verification of the preceding class’s educational qualification, and a caste certificate if the candidate belongs to any reserved category.
Students should take the NTSE exam since it will allow them to continue their education in the fields of science and social science. The major goal of this exam is for students to receive a scholarship based on their overall performance in the exam.
