IDBI Recruitment 2023 Salary
The IDBI Bank Executive remuneration structure is built on a contractual basis. The contract is for one year, but it can be extended for another two years based on performance. However, when the three-year contract period expires, the hired individual will be promoted to IDBI Assistant Manager-Grade A.
