The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared that the JEE Main 2023 examination will be held twice in the year – in January and April. The exam dates for the January session are January 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, and 31, while the exam dates for the April session are April 06, 08, 10, 11, and 12.
For those who wish to be admitted to the NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs, they must apply and pass the JEE Main exam 2023. Those who are hoping to enter IITs for a BTech degree will also need to take the JEE Main exam, and be among the highest 2,50,000 scorers to be considered for the Advanced exam.
In order to become eligible for the JEE Advanced exam in 2023, candidates must fulfill a few requirements in addition to their performance in the NTA JEE Main exam. These include an age limit of having been born on or after October 1, 1998, and a limit of two attempts over two successive years.
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati is the responsible body for administering the JEE Advanced 2023 exam. The date for the exam has yet to be declared. Aspirants looking to take part in this exam can apply through the official website jeeadv.ac.in. Candidates who obtain scores higher than the cutoff will be eligible for the JEE Advanced. Those who pass the exam will have to go through the counseling process to get admission into IITs.
