ECGC PO Recruitment Selection Process 2024

The written exam and the interview are the two stages of the ECGC PO Selection Process.
Only those who pass the ECGC PO Written Exam will be invited to the interview round. The ECGC PO interview consists of a total of 60 marks, with a minimum qualifying score of 40% (35 percent for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates).
The online exam and interview for the ECGC PO will be weighted 80:20, respectively. On the basis of the candidates’ combined scores in the online examination and interview, the final merit list will be released.

ECGC PO Recruitment 2024 Benefits and Expected Salary

For the first 14 years of service, the ECGC PO salary scale is INR 32,795 with annual increments of INR 1,610. Since August 2017, the pay scale has been due for revision.

Probationary officers are also eligible for benefits and allowances such as dearness allowance, house rent allowance/lease reimbursement, transportation allowance, medical allowance, newspaper allowance, meal coupons, mobile bill reimbursement, furniture allowance, and household help allowance, among others.
