CGPSC 2022: Under the supervision of the Government of Chhattisgarh and the State Governor, the CGPSC conducts civil service examinations for various positions in Chhattisgarh. The Public Service Commission was established on May 23, 2001, under the provisions of Act 315 of the Indian Constitution. It holds competitive exams in order to fill government job openings in the state. Shankar Nagar Road, Bhagat Singh Square, Raipur, and Chhattisgarh are the headquarters.

This year’s CGPSC was held to fill 272 state government positions, including civil service, state police services, finance service officer, commercial tax officer, superintendent of district jail, labor officer, district women, and child development registrar, assistant director, assistant registrar, subordinate account service officer, and child development project manager.

CGPSC Eligibility Criteria 2022

Before you apply for the CGPSC State Service Exam 2022, make sure you check the eligibility requirements. Your CGPSC application will be denied if you do not comply.

Educational Qualification

Applicant must have earned a bachelor’s degree from one of the country’s recognized institutions.

Age Limit

The student’s age limit (as of January 1, 2021) should be between the ages of 21 and 32. The highest age limit should be 30. Candidates who are residents of the state, however, will be granted a 5-year age relaxation.

CGPSC SSE 2022 Application Process

The Selection in CGPSC SSE is done through a process of three stages:

• Prelims
• Main
• Interview round.
  • The prelims and mains were primarily held in an offline (pen and paper) format.
  • The application process for the prelims test will begin on 1 December 2021 and will end on 30 December 2021. The application was completed entirely online.

The following was the application fee for taking the exam:

Following are the required steps in order to fill the application form of CGPSC 2020-21

Step 1: Go to the official website of CGPSC at psc.cg.gov.in.

Step 2: From the “Latest” tab on the right side, select “Online Application.”

Step 3: Once the application form is available from 1 December 2021, click on the link State Service Examination – 2022′′ and select Apply Online.

Step 5: You’ll be taken to the Payments page. Make the necessary payments via the internet.

CGPSC 2022 Exam Pattern

In this section, we will discuss the CGPSC Exam Pattern for each stage of the examination. The following is the CGPSC State Service Exam paper pattern:

Stage I: Preliminary exam: It is divided into two sections, each with the multiple-choice type of questions.

Paper I is composed of GS questions and is worth 200 marks.
Paper-II comprises aptitude questions worth 200 marks and must be completed in two hours.
An applicant must pass both papers to be considered qualified.

Stage II: Mains exam: It consists of 7 compulsory papers.
