The UGC recently issued a notice requiring all universities and higher education institutions to employ scores from the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for undergraduate admissions. This necessitates the avoidance of multiple exams held on various dates, while providing equal chances for all students from various boards to take the CUET UG 2023 exams. The commission asked all involved institutions to finish their UG and PG admission procedures before July 2023 and commence the academic year on August 1, 2023.

The National Testing Agency has opened registrations for CUET UG 2023, which can be completed on the CUET official website- cuet.smarth.ac.in. The CUET UG 2023 exam is scheduled to be held from May 21 to 31, 2023 and is offered in 13 different languages in 3 shifts per day depending on the number of candidates and subject choices. The exam pattern and subjects remain the same as last year, with candidates allowed to select up to 6 domain subjects in addition to one or two languages and the general test. As for CUET PG 2023, it is expected to take place during the first or second week of June 2023.
