The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has declared an extra group of paramedical, technician and junior engineer (JE) positions. Applicants who took part in the RRB computer-based test (CBT) stages 1 and 2 and engaged in the document authentication can see the extra panel-1 catalogue on the RRB regional websites.

The official notification stated that RRB Chandigarh, RRB Siliguri, RRB Guwahati and RRB Bengaluru have revealed the names of candidates, including other details, for further appointment procedures to the General Manager of Northern Railway, Baroda House, located in New Delhi.

The list is based on the RRB CBT 1 and 2 conducted on May 22, June 2, 26 and 28, 2019 and August 28, September 1 and 19. The document verification for the shortlisted candidates was held in November and December 2019.

The Railway Board has mandated that applicants must go through a re-checkup and give their consent for the same to the Zonal Railway when they are directed to have the medical examination.

Northern Railway will be sending out appointment letters to those who have been chosen. The RRB Board noted that being chosen is not a guarantee of getting a job, as the selection is temporary and will be subject to further verification.
