The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has declared that the possibility to choose Chennai as a test centre for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Masters of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS 2023) has been completely exhausted. The NBE will be conducting the NEET MDS 2023 on March 1, 2023 in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode at various test centres in India. Candidates have until January 30, 2023 to submit their applications for the exam at natboard.edu.in or nbe.edu.in.

The National Board of Examinations (NBE) reported that all the testing spots in Chennai, a designated test city, have been taken and it is no longer on the list of available locations for NEET-MDS 2023. The NBE also stated that they are making attempts to increase the number of testing seats for the examination in Chennai.

The NBE suggested that applicants wishing to take the NEET-MDS 2023 exam in Chennai who are unable to select it as their test city should choose “OTHERS” in their application form. They will make every effort to provide a testing centre in Chennai for those who choose “OTHERS” and live close to the city. If there are any questions, candidates are encouraged to contact NBEMS Candidate Care Support at 022 – 61087595 or through the helpline portal on the NBEMS Communication Web Portal exam.natboard.edu.in/communication.php?page=main.
