Registration for the 2023 session of JEE Main is open at the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates can refer to the JEE Advanced cut-offs for 2022 to understand the ranking necessary to be accepted at the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).
The National Testing Agency is organizing the JEE Main 2023 session-2 examinations from 6th, 8th, 10th, 11th, and 12th of the month. All interested applicants have until March 12th, 2023 to submit their applications. The results of the January session JEE Main BArch and BPlanning have yet to be released by NTA. Those with the highest scores in both the 2023 JEE Main sessions will be allowed to take the JEE Advanced exam for 2023, taking place on June 4th.
In order to gain entry into the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) for 2023, candidates taking the JEE Advanced exam must be among the top 25,000 scorers. JoSAA (the Joint Seat Allocation Authority) will be responsible for the counselling and seat allotment process, and students must register for JoSAA counselling 2023.
In 2020, JoSAA carried out 6 counselling sessions and the following were the final ranks for gender-neutral open seats that IITs accepted. IIT Bombay had the highest closing rank of 1,406 while IIT Bhilai had the lowest closing rank of 14,425.
