Today marks the end of the window period for making any corrections to the Civil Services (Preliminary) examination 2023 application form. Those wanting to make any changes to their UPSC IAS 2023 application must do so on the Union Public Service Commission’s official website – upsc.gov.in.

The UPSC IAS Preliminary Examination will take place on the 28th of May, 2023 and the UPSC IAS Mains Exam will be conducted on September 15, 2023 for those who pass the prelims. The Prelims will be conducted in 73 different cities, with the Mains being held in 36 cities with a range of exam centers for each.

Steps to edit UPSC IAS application form 2023

Candidates can follow the steps given below to make correction in their UPSC IAS application form 2023.

  • First, visit the UPSC official website- upsc.gov.in.
  • On the homepage, click on the UPSC CSE exam 2023 application form correction link.
  • Enter the required credentials and click on submit.
  • Make the necessary changes in the application form.
  • Save the changes for future reference.

The UPSC IAS recruitment process consists of three steps – prelims, mains and interview. The prelims exam will involve answering multiple choice questions (MCQs), while the mains examination will have questions requiring descriptive answers.
