The final day to apply for the University Grants Commission-National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) for December 2022 session is tomorrow, January 17, 2023. Individuals looking to take the test for Assistant Professor, Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professor can still register online via the official website– ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

People who have signed up for the UGC NET 2023 exam, but haven’t paid the application fee, have until January 18 to do so. Starting from January 19 to January 20, 2023, the UGC NET 2023 application form correction window will be available.

For General category applicants, the application fee for the UGC NET December 2022 exam is Rs 1,100, and for those belonging to EWS/ OBC (NCL) category, Rs 550, to be paid online with a debit or credit card, or through net banking.

The National Testing Agency is responsible for the administration of the UGC NET Exam for the December 2022 session, and the exam is scheduled to take place from February 21 to March 10, 2023. The city details for the exam will be announced in the first week of February 2023, and the admit cards can be retrieved in the second week of that month.
