NTA has published the answer key for the 2023 session 1 of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main Paper 1 (BE, BTech) and Paper 2 (BArch, BPlanning). The provisional answer key and question papers with responses are available on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates will be able to challenge the JEE Main answer key until 8 pm on February 4, 2023.

The JEE Main 2023 session 1 examination was administered as a computer based test (CBT) in 290 cities in India and 18 cities abroad on January 24th – February 1st, 2023. The testing agency has released the provisional answer keys for Paper 1 (BE, BTech), Paper 2A (BArch) and Paper 2B (BPlanning).

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that those who are dissatisfied with the JEE Main official answer key 2023 can challenge it by paying a fee of Rs 200 (Two Hundred Rupees) per query challenged as a non-refundable processing charge. It is to be noted that no objections will be accepted by the NTA after the given time frame or if the processing fee is not received.

The National Test Agency (NTA) will have a panel of subject experts verify any challenges raised by the competitors. If one of these challenges is validated, the answer key for the JEE Main 2023 will be revised and applied to all participants, and this revised answer key will be used to compute the JEE Main session 1 result. The answer key accepted by the experts after reviewing the challenges will be the ultimate answer key.
