Madhya Pradesh: pharma student kills self in Bhopal

According to authorities, a 20-year-old pharmacy student in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, electrocuted himself by wrapping naked wires around his hands. An official reported that Kuldeep Verma committed himself by electrocution on Saturday in his rental home in the Neelbad neighbourhood on the city’s outskirts. He stated Verma was a first-year BPharm student from the nearby Sehore area.
Around 7 o’clock on Saturday night, the police were informed that Verma’s chamber was locked from the inside. The official claimed that once the police squad smashed down the door, they discovered his body.

He claimed that when the man was discovered, he had exposed wires wrapped around his hands. According to the official, the initial investigation showed that the individual had wrapped the wires around his hands and turned on the power source. The room did not contain a suicide note. He stated that more research is being done to find out why the extraordinary measure was taken.
