The JEE Main 2022 session 2 exam will begin on July 25 thanks to the National Testing Agency (NTA) preparations. The dates for JEE Main 2022 are July 25–30. Students who plan to take the Joint Entrance Examination Main 2022 should know the guidelines. Candidates are recommended to read and follow the guidelines thoroughly.

The NTA has also provided the exam day guidelines, which include a variety of topics such as what to bring to the exam centre, what not to bring, the documentation that is necessary, and much more, along with the JEE Main 2022 admit card.
Admissions cards, photo IDs, water bottles, hand sanitiser, masks, gloves, and ballpoint pens are among the items that students are permitted to have on them.

JEE Main exam 2022: What not to carry at the IIT JEE exam centre

The following items are strictly prohibited inside the JEE Main exam centre 2022.

  • Any type of electronic devices
  • Stationary/Paper
  • Pencil box/instrument/geometry box
  • Purse/wallet/handbag
  • Mobile phone/earphone/microphone/pager
  • Any metallic item
  • Camera/tape recorder

JEE Main 2022: Other instructions for the NTA JEE exam day

  • Students should remember to bring their JEE Main 2022 admit card and a valid form of identification to the exam centre.
  • Candidates with diabetes will be permitted to bring snacks such as sugar pills, fruits, and clear water bottles into the exam room.
  • After the exam starts and before it ends, students are not permitted to enter the exam centre.
  • The administrators at the exam site will provide rough sheets.
