IIM Visakhapatnam and TimesPro have jointly begun an executive certificate course in advanced strategic management.

IIM-V and TimesPro have come together to offer a 12-month executive certificate programme in advanced strategic management, which is open to employed individuals. Applications can be submitted through the official website iimv.ac.in.

This programme is designed to help people gain the skills necessary to create and implement strategies that will improve the communications within an organization and reduce the risk of issues. Those who join the programme will be able to enhance their management, leadership and decision-making abilities.

A press release has stated that the IIM-V and TimesPro certificate program will benefit organizations by developing skills that can lead to higher sales, increased productivity, greater efficiency, higher employee engagement, and transformative processes.

The executive certificate program in advanced strategic management will be conducted through TimesPro’s interactive-learning (IL) platform and will be delivered online. Students enrolled in this program will also attend a 3-day campus session. The syllabus will include topics on business strategies, strategy process, resilience, corporate strategies, functional analysis, international business, leadership and strategy, corporate governance and entrepreneurship, innovation, digital disruption and innovation.
