CUET UG 2022: Missed exam, still confused about exam dates?

The National Testing Agency has taken several steps to ensure a successful administration of the CUET UG 2022 exam, including expanding the number of exam centres, adding technical expertise, and creating a dedicated email for grievance redressal. The NTA took these actions in response to the rush of inquiries and clarifications students sent to the organization via email and social media on the first-ever Common University Entrance Test (CUET 2022) for admission to central universities.

The NTA stated in a recent notice that it had “expanded its capacity with the cooperation of UGC and AICTE by adding more institutes as examination centres and also increasing the quality of Centers so as to enhance the experience of Candidates in taking the Examination.”
The NTA decided to hold exams for these candidates between August 12 and 14 after CUET UG 2022 phase 2 exams were cancelled in several exam centres due to technical, logistical, and administrative issues. 15,811 candidates in total asked for a date other than August 12–14, 2022. Similar to this, several candidates have contacted the NTA to ask that their exams not be scheduled because a number of holidays fall during this time.

As the cities assigned to them in CUET 2022 Phase II, which was set between August 4 and 6, 2022, were not acceptable for them, several candidates had also requested that the date and location of the CUET (UG) – 2022 test be changed after August 10, 2022. The NTA decided to administer exams for these applicants from August 24 to 28, 2022, after taking into account all of the petitions. Additionally, it has previously been said that CUET UG 2022 phase 3 would go place as scheduled on August 17, 18, and 20. However, the NTA has detailed the number of phases, exam dates, and the number of applicants who will be participating in each phase in its most recent notification.

CUET UG 2022 phase 4

Today, August 13, 2022, the CUET 2022 admit card for phase 4 was made available. 3.72 lakh hopefuls will appear in Phase 4 of the application process, according to the NTA. Phase 4 of the CUET (UG) – 2022 test is set for August 17, 18, and 20, 2022. The phase 4 CUET UG 2022 admit card link is live at cuet.samarth.ac.in.

CUET 2022 Phase 5

Aspirants who were previously given the August 7, 8, and 10 exam dates for CUET UG 2022 Phase 3 have now been notified that they can take the exam on August 21, 22, and 23 for CUET 2022 Phase 5. On August 17, 2022, the CUET UG 2022 admit card for phase 5 will be made available on the site’s official page, cuet.samarth.ac.in.

CUET 2022 Phase 6

The CUET 2022 Phase 6 exam, which will be held from August 24 to August 30, 2022, has been moved to accommodate candidates who missed the CUET 2022 Phase 2 exam, scheduled for August 4, 5, and 6, due to technical issues and the closing of the exam centres. Instead of ending on August 28, the CUET exam will now expire on August 30. Additionally, Phase 6 has been assigned to a total of 11,000 (eleven thousand) candidates who did not receive the city of their choice. The 30th of August will see their exam. On August 20, 2022, the NTA will release the admit card for CUET 2022 phase 6.

The NTA asserted that the candidates had also been informed today of the cities and dates for the CUET 2022 exam. The NTA reported that it also received emails requesting a change of date, centre, or city as well as a re-examination due to technical difficulties experienced by specific candidates during earlier phases. “Such petitions are being evaluated on a case-by-case basis using information from the centres and the audit trail of specific candidates. If the requests are approved, the candidates will appear on August 30, 2022,” it stated.
