Applicants who were accepted for the 2023-24 academic year for the BA LLB(Hons) and LLM programmes at the National Law University (NLU) can withdraw their admission via the NLU’s official website nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. They will require their registered mobile number and password to access their AILET 2023 account and finish the withdrawal procedure.

NLU’s communication states that those who were provisionally admitted to the B.A.LL.B.(Hons.)/LL.M. programme for the Academic Year 2023-24, who wish to rescind their admission, must sign into their AILET 2023 account and select the option “WITHDRAW”. Additionally, it was specified that requests for withdrawal via email, text, or phone will not be accepted.

The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2023 was held at 39 centres across India in a pen-and-paper format on December 11, 2022 by the National Law University, Delhi. The second list of successful applicants for the LLM programme was made available on January 30, 2023, while the first provisional list of qualified entrants for the BA LLB and LLM programmes was issued on January 6, 2023. The merit list can be seen on the NLU official website.
