Nationality
A candidate must either-
- Indian national or
- Bhutanese subject, or
- Nepalese subject, or
- Tibetan refugee who arrived in India before January 1, 1962 with the intention of settling permanently in India.

- A person of Indian origin (PIO) is someone who has moved to India permanently from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, or East African countries such as Zaire, Uganda, Zambia, Kenya, United Republic of Tanzania, Malawi, Ethiopia, or Vietnam.
- It is critical for applicants from the aforementioned countries to present a certificate from the Indian government attesting to their residency in India.
Educational Qualification
