Candidates can fill out the UPCL AE online application and complete the process by paying an application fee of INR 800 once it becomes available in March 2024. The exam will only be given in paper format, while registration will only be done online.
The written exam is divided into two sections: Paper I, which is primarily objective, and Paper II, which is subjective. The written exam will take 3 hours to complete.
Candidates who pass the written exam will be invited to an interview round. Candidates who pass both the written test and the interview will be hired as Assistant Engineers and other positions. Graduates with a desire to work for the government are eligible to apply.

Paper I and Paper II are the two parts of the UPCL AE. According to the UPCL AE exam pattern, there are three components for AE (Civil) and AE (Electrical & Mechanical): general awareness, reasoning, and aptitude. UPCL AE admit card 2024 will be available approximately one or two weeks before the examination date. The admit card is extremely important for appearing in the written examination. The candidate will not be permitted to take the examination if he or she is unable to show the admit card to the invigilator.

After a month has passed since the written exam, the UPCL AE Answer Key will be released. On the official website, it will be available. The answer key will contain all of the answers to the questions on the examination papers.
If candidates believe there is an error in the answer scripts, they can check the answer key. Following the examination, more information about the answer key will be provided.
Cut-off marks will be based on the same factors as in previous years, even in 2024.
