The SSC CHSL 2022 dates are not out. Staff Selection Commission Combined Higher Secondary Level exam is the most popular exam for the 12th pass students and it is popularly known as the SSC CHSL exam. Every year, the Staff Selection Commission i.e. SSC, a leading government organization conducts the CHSL exam only once a year. Each year lakhs of candidates fill this form. All those students who have minimum qualification as Class XII and those who want to get a government job under the central government then must apply for this exam. SSC CHSL 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Following are the required eligibility criteria decided by the Commission for the SSC CHSL exam.
Nationality
- The candidate must have the citizenship of India or he/she should belong from a country like Nepal/ Bhutan or he/ she should be a Tibetan refugee who migrated to the country India before January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanent settlement.
Educational Qualification
- The candidates must have a passing certificate of Class XII.
- Candidates must have passed class XII with PCM (Physica, Chemistry, Maths) stream to apply for the DEO post, in the CAG (Comptroller and Auditor General of India) office.
Note: Those students who are currently pursuing class XII can also apply CHSL exam but they have to produce the qualification & documentary evidence from the respective school/ college/board/ as of January 1st, 2022
Age Limit (as of 01 January 2022)
- The candidates should be aged between 18-27 years to apply for the CHSL exam.
- The relaxation in age will also be entertained as per guidelines of GOI for age relaxation.

How to Fill Application Form of SSC CHSL?
- Firstly, applicants will need to register themselves on the official website/ regional website of SSC for the SSC CHSL exam 2022.
- In the next step, applicants have to upload the required documents such as a scanned copy of Passport size photo and Handwritten Signature.
- Now in the third step, applicants will need to enter all the necessary details in the application form of SSC CHSL 2022.
- After filling in all the details successfully, applicants will have to pay the required application fee either online or offline mode.
- After completing all the above steps, applicants will have to take the printed copy of the filled application form and fee receipt.

Prerequisites for SSC CHSL 2022 Application Form:
Before filling the application form, applicants will have to be ready with the documents in the prescribed format as mentioned below.
- The file size of a scanned copy of the applicant’s Signature should be greater than 1kb and less than 12 kb in .JPG format.
- The photograph of the applicants should not be more than 3 months older than the issued date of exam notification.
- The date should be clearly mentioned in the photograph.
- The file size of a scanned copy of the applicant’s photograph should be greater than 20kb and less than 50 kb in .JPG format.
- Applicants should have a valid mail-id and active mobile no., these details will be required for registration and will be useful throughout the examination procedure.

Tier I is a screening test for the SSC CHSL examination and it acquires maximum marks. The type of questions in the CHSL exam is Objective type. The language of the paper will be bilingual i.e. it will be available in both Hindi and English. Candidates who will qualify for Tier 1 will be able to appear for Tier II and Tier III.

Tier II is a descriptive test for the SSC CHSL examination and it acquires 100 marks. The type of questions in the CHSL exam is descriptive. The language of the paper will be bilingual i.e. it will be available in both Hindi and English. Candidates who will qualify for Tier II will be able to appear for Tier III. However, Tier III is only qualifying in nature, and in this stage, the Computer proficiency test and Typing test of the candidates will be tested.

SSC CHSL 2022 Admit Card
The hall ticket/ admit card for all the tiers will be issued individually on the regional website of SSC. To get access to the hall ticket/ admit card of the SSC CHSL exam, candidates have to enter their Registration no./ Registration Id, and DoB.
- The hall ticket is a mandatory document to get entry at the exam center because all the details related to the exam are printed on the admit card only.
- Those candidates who qualify for Tier 1 of the CHSL examination will able to download the admit card of Tier 2 only then.

The method of preparation plays an important role to clear any exam. Whichever method you are trying to prepare for the CHSL examination must include some important tips which are given as follows.
- Refer to some standard books to boost your preparation in the right way.
- Give quizzes and mocks after completing any topic.
- Read English newspapers of choice to increase your ability of reading comprehension and to be updated about the current events.

How to Download SSC CHSL Result?
- Go to the SSC’s official website – ssc.nic.in.
- On the homepage of SSC, find the “SSC CHSL 2021 Results” link.
- Once you will click on the link, the pdf file of the result will appear there.
- Now to check the result, candidates have to click Ctrl+F and then type the roll no. in the search box.
- Now you can see your final score and passing status.
- In the last candidates have to download the result and then will have to take a printout of the result for future references.
SSC CHSL 2022 Resolution of Tie Cases
If two or more candidates secure the same score after applying the normalization in the Tier I+II examination then the following criteria will be applied, one by one until the tie is resolved.
- Total marks in the Tier-I & Tier-II of CHSL Examination.
- Older candidates based on Date of birth will get higher priority.
- The preference will be given as per the Alphabetical order of the name of the candidates.
SSC CHSL 2022 Answer Key
After 2-3 weeks of examination of SSC CHSL, the officials will release the provisional answer key for every set of papers of the CHSL exam. Candidates will have to download the answer key by matching it with their question paper set only. SSC CHSL 2022 Selection Process
The selection process will comprise of mainly 4 stages:
- Tier 1: Computer Based Test
- Tier 2: Descriptive Test
- Tier 3: Skill Based Test
- Document Verification Process
First of all, candidates will have to clear Tier 1 with appropriate marks and then will have to score well in Tier 2 of the CHSL exam. After clearing both the tiers, candidates will have to appear for the Skill Test. One who qualifies for the skill test will call for the Document Verification process for the final mode of selection. It should be remembered that the final score of the first two tiers will be responsible to prepare the merit list however Tier 3 is of a qualifying nature only.
One who qualifies all the 4 stages will be allotted in the numerous fields as Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistants/ Lower Divisional Clerks/ Data Entry Operators/ Court Clerks, etc. based on their merit and choice of the post.
