Citizenship: The potential candidate may be a resident of Tibet, India, Nepal, or Bhutan. Indian descent candidates for permanent residency from the independent countries of Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or any other East African nation.
The number of times a candidate can take the exam is unlimited. The only important requirement is that candidates meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years. However, candidates who fall under certain categories are given some age relaxations.

A candidate may take the RRB Ministerial and Isolated Recruitment Exam as many times as they like. You may take the exam as long as you meet the eligibility requirements. There are three stages to the selection process with almost 1 lakh applicants registered for the RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories’. The Single Computer Based Test (CBT) is the first stage.
