Junior Translator Recruitment Eligibility 2024

Candidates applying for the position of Junior Translator/Hindi under the RRB Ministerial must meet some basic qualifications.

Nationality

Candidates that apply must be either: 

(a) A citizen of India, or of India 

(b) Subject of Nepal, 

(c) Indian descent, who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam in order to settle in India. 

(d) a Tibetan refugee who came to India to lively in India before 1 January 1962, 

(e) the subject of Bhutan.

Number of Attempts 

In the RRB Ministerial and Isolated Recruitment Test for Junior Translator/Hindi, there is no set number of attempts for which an applicant can appear. You are eligible to take the exam if you meet the eligibility requirements. The minimum age requirement for the position of Junior Translator/Hindi is 18 years old, and the maximum age requirement is 33 years old. Some relaxations are based on certain parameters. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Candidates for the position of Junior Translator/Hindi must meet a set of basic educational requirements. The following are some of them:

(i) A Master’s Degree from a recognized university, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject, or because English or Hindi is the medium of examination at the Bachelor’s level.

OR

A Master’s Degree from a recognized university or an equivalent in any other subject except Hindi or English, with Hindi or English medium and English or Hindi as a mandatory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at Degree level

OR

A Master’s Degree from a recognized University or an equivalent in any subject except Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as a mandatory or elective subject or either of the two as a mode of examination and other as a compulsory or elective subject at Degree level.

Junior Translator Selection Process
