There is a registration fee that must be paid when applying for the post of Junior Stenographer under the RRB Ministerial and Isolated Group Recruitment. After passing the RRB Ministerial and Isolation Examination, applicants who want to work as junior stenographers must meet the following requirements.

The number of attempts for candidates in the RRB Ministerial and Isolated exams is not specified. Applicants are allowed as many attempts as they want until they reach the maximum age limit for the respective RRB categories. The stenographer should be 18–30 years old. Some relaxations are also influenced by parameters. You can take the exam if you are below the age criteria and have the required educational credentials.
The Junior Stenographer computer-based test is divided into two sections. First, there are questions in English and Hindi about professional technical skills. There are two parts to the Junior Stenographer’s Hindi and English question paper. The subjects for CBT, the total number of questions, the duration of the test, and the maximum marks for each subject are listed below.

The stenography skill test can be completed online without the use of spell-checking or editing software on a personal laptop. Those taking the Hindi test must be able to use KrutiDev and Mangal on their computers.

Candidates are called for final selection based on performance in the computer-based test and the stenography test. After that, the required documents are checked and a medical examination is conducted.

The next step is for candidates to download the admit card after they have completed the application form. The RRB Junior Stenographer admit card contains important information such as the exam date, location, and time. Before the exam date, download the admit cards from the website. The RRB Junior Stenographer answer key contains all of the answers to the exam’s questions. The official answer key will be released after a month has passed since the last exam. Once the official notification is released, it will be updated. Candidates can file objections if they believe the answers to the questions published are incorrect.

For the position of junior stenographer, there are three stages to the selection process.
There are three stages to the Junior Stenographer recruitment procedure. The first step is a computer-based test, which follows these three phases. On the other side, the phase 2 stenographer competence examination and phase 3 medical exam document verification would be done offline.
The English 10 + 2 or its equivalent from a recognized university/board is required. The stenographer typed at an average of 80 words per minute for 10 minutes, with a 50-minute transcription period. The school prerequisite for Hindi is 10 + 2 or an equivalent from a recognized university or board. The stenographer typed at an average of 80 words per minute for 10 minutes, with a 65-minute transcription time.

There is no limit to how many times you can try. Candidates have a good chance of passing the Junior Stenographer exam. If you are under the age limit and have the requisite educational credentials, you can sit for the exam if you meet all other qualifying criteria. You are welcome to take the exam.
