Nationality
The applicants interested in applying for RBI Grade B Exam should have citizenship of India issued by the government of India. Moreover, the following applicants are also eligible to apply:
- a subject of Nepal or
- a subject of Bhutan or
- a Tibetan Refugee, who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
- Persons migrated from India from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, along with the certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
Age Limit
- The age of the applicants must lie between 21-30 years as of September 1, 2023.
- However, the upper age limit for applicants holding M.Phil. and Ph.D. qualifications are 32 and 34 years respectively.
- The reserved category applicants will be given relaxations as per the norms of the Government of India.
