NTSE Admit Card 2022: Stage 1 NTSE admit cards are released separately for each stage. Bihar, Karnataka, Kerala, Haryana, Punjab, and Puducherry are among the states that have released their NTSE Stage 1 admit cards online. Others, on the other hand, issue the NTSE Stage 1 admission card in an offline way. The date for the NTSE exam 2021-22 was set for January 16, 2022, and the admission cards were distributed in the first week of January 2022. The tests, however, were postponed, and the new exam date has yet to be announced.

The National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is a scholarship exam for students in the tenth grade. Students must attend schools that are registered with the State Council of Educational Research and Training. Students from open schools may also apply for the NTSE exam, but they must be under the age of 18 and taking the exam for the first time.

Following the successful submission of NTSE application forms, NTSE Admit Cards are issued.

Any discrepancies in NTSE hall tickets should be reported to the State Liaison/Chief Superintendent of State as soon as possible. The National Talent Search Exam (NTSE) is held to find talented people in topics like Science, Social Science, Mathematics, and General Studies. Candidates are awarded scholarships based on their performance. Candidates studying for the NTSE test should be familiar with the exam pattern as well as the NTSE syllabus.

NTSE 2022 Admit Card: How to Download?

In the months of October/November 2022, admit cards for the Stage 1 exam will be released. To receive their admit card, they can go to NCERT’s official website or contact their state’s liaison officer. Only those students who qualify for Stage 2 admit cards will be given them. Students can get their Stage 1 admission cards by following the methods outlined below.

  1. Visit the official website of the Directorate of Government Examinations/SCERT.
  2. Go to the Quick Links section of the Bulletin Tab.
  3. For NTSE hall tickets, go to this page.
  4. Candidates must log in using their school code and password.
  5. There will be a display of the admit card/hall ticket.
  6. Download and print this page for future use.
  7. Candidates are advised to double-check their information on the admission card.
  8. Students will also receive their admission cards in the mail.
  9. If a student has not received his or her admission card, he or she should contact the State Liaison Officer.

Note: The processes to obtain an admit card listed above are exclusively for states that release admit cards online. Candidates must check the different regional NTSE websites for states that distribute offline admission cards.

NTSE Admit Card: Important Instructions

  • Candidates will be assigned a Roll Number once their registration has been completed successfully.
  • NTSE call letters will be mailed or distributed at the office of the Chief Superintendent (the State Liaison Officer) in the concerned state.
  • To avoid a last-minute rush, admit cards should be obtained in advance.
  • Only those applicants who qualify for Stage 2 of the NTSE will receive admission cards.
  • They will be mailed directly to the candidates by NCERT.

Documents Required with NTSE Admit Card

Students should bring one of the following documents/ids in addition to their admission card.

  • Aadhar card
  • Passport
  • School Identity card

NTSE Exam Day Instructions

The following are some of the rules that candidates must follow when taking the NTSE 2022 exam.

  • Candidates will be required to respond using OMR sheets.
  • Please mark with HB/2B pencils or a blue/black ballpoint pen. Gel/fountain pens should not be used.
  • Make sure the bubbles are entirely coloured or darkened. Do not simply mark the bubble with a tick or across.
  • Arrive at the exam site far ahead of the scheduled start time (at least 1 hr. in advance).
  • Inside the exam hall, candidates will be allowed to bring just their admit cards, pens and pencils, and water bottles.
  • Candidates are not allowed to utilise any electronic devices such as calculators, cell phones, or other similar gadgets.
  • Candidates who are discovered in possession of illegal materials will be immediately disqualified from taking the exam.
  • You can contact the Liaison Officer of your school to learn more about/ask questions regarding the Stage 1 (state-level) examination.

Candidates must double-check all information on their NTSE admit card, and if there is any problem, they must contact the exam organisers as soon as possible. Candidates must do more previous year’s papers and practise exams to acquire a decent score on the NTSE exam.
