The NIACL AO prelims have three sections: English Language, Reasoning Ability & Quantitative Aptitude. NIACL AO Exam Pattern 2023, Selection Procedure

Applicants who apply for the NIACL AO Exam will have to pass three phases of the exam, depending on their qualifications at various stages. Pre-qualified (Phase 1) applicants are invited to the mains (Phase II), while Mains Qualified applicants will be invited to interview. Applicants who have been shortlisted at the end of Phase II will be invited to a NIACL interview.

NIACL AO Exam Pattern 2023 – Prelims

The NIACL AO exam pattern 2023 of Prelims exam consists of 3 sections which are Quantitative aptitude, Reasoning Ability, and English language.

  • There is a total of 100 questions for 100 marks in Objective Type Question.
  • There is a negative marking of 1/4 mark on each wrong answer.
  • There is a sectional timing of 20 minutes for each section.

  • There is a sectional time for each section in the NIACL AO Exam pattern 2023 mains exam.

Descriptive Exam

The NIACL AO 2023 Descriptive Test will be worth 30 mark and will take 30 minutes to complete. The NIACL AO descriptive exam will only be available online.
