NABARD Grade A 2023 Application Form
The application form will be filled in online mode only and no other mode will be accepted. The application form is available on the official website of NABARD. Interested candidates must have to visit the official website to complete the application process.
How to Apply?
To fill in the online application form of NABARD Grade A 2023, you must have to follow the following steps:
Step 1: Registration
- First of all, go to the official website of NABARD i.e. http://www.nabard.org/career.
- Go to the “Careers” section.
- On click on the “APPLY ONLINE” option after clicking the option a new page will be open on the screen.
- To start the registration process, click on the option “Click here for New Registration”.
- Now enter the required details such as Name, Contact details, and Email-id.
- After entering the details, the system will generate a new Provisional Registration Number and Password and it will be sent to your registered mobile no. and email id, and also it will be visible on your monitor’s screen.
Step 2: Application Form
- Before final submission of the application form, candidates are instructed to click on the “SAVE AND NEXT” button to verify the recently filled details in the online application form after doing this, candidates can modify the same if required.
- Candidates can validate their details, and also save their application by clicking the ‘Validate your details’ and then ‘Save & Next‘ button.
- After clicking the FINAL SUBMIT BUTTON, no change will be possible. Therefore, candidates are advised to fill all the details carefully in the application form.
Step 3: Uploading the Required Documents
Candidates need to upload the following documents in the prescribed format as instructed by the officials of NABARD.
- A recent passport size photo
- Handwritten signature
- Left thumb impression
- Handwritten declaration
After uploading the documents click on the Preview option to preview and the application form and to verify the entire application form before the final submission after it clicks on the ‘FINAL SUBMIT‘ after verifying and ensuring the details.
Step 4: Application Fees
- Now click on the ‘Payment’ Tab to proceed with the payment process and to complete the application process.
- Payment for online application will be made in online mode only by using Rupay Debit or Credit Cards/Master card/ Visa/ or Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets, etc.
- Once you enter your required details for payment mode, you have to do wait and DO NOT PRESS BACK OR REFRESH BUTTON IN ORDER TO AVOID DOUBLE CHARGE.
- Once you complete the process of payment, a unique e-Receipt will be generated. You should take a printout of it for future reference.

Guidelines for Scanning and Uploading Documents:
- The Photograph must be a recent and passport size color picture, (avoid “red-eye”) photographs with a preferably white background.
- Candidates must have to sign on a blank white paper with a Black Ink pen.
- The candidates have to put his/ her left thumb impression on a blank white paper with blue/ black ink.
- The candidates have to write the declaration in the English language clearly on a blank white paper with black ink only.
- Candidates’ Handwritten declaration/Signature will not be accepted in CAPITAL LETTERS.

The selection will be made on the basis of an online written examination and Interview round. There are a total of three phases in the exam out of which Phase-I is of qualifying nature whereas Phase-II and Phase-III are of selective nature.
