KVPY Syllabus 2022: The Indian Institute of Science (IISC) has developed a KVPY Syllabus 2022 for the SA, SB, and SX streams. Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Biology are among the areas covered in the KVPY 2022 syllabus. This component of the KVPY SA will have 80 questions separated into sections 1 and 2. Part 1 will consist of 60 questions at 1 mark each, with a negative marking of 0.25 mark for each erroneous response.
Part 2 of the KVPY Syllabus will consist of 20 questions worth 2 marks each, with each incorrect answer receiving 0.5 points. A total of 120 questions will be asked in the KVPY SB and SX tests, with only 80 questions to be answered. A negative marking of 0.25 marks will be applied to 1 mark questions, while a negative marking of 0.5 marks will be applied to 2 mark questions. KVPY Marking Scheme for SA, SB & SX Stream
The KVPY exam is divided into three streams: SA, SB, and SX. Each of these three streams has two portions to the question paper. In Part I, each correct answer will receive 1 point, while each erroneous answer will receive 0.25 point. Part II will award two marks for each correct response and deduct 0.5 points for each erroneous response.
KVPY SA Syllabus 2022
Students who have enrolled in Class 11 and have finished their Class X examination with 75 per cent (65 per cent for SC/ST/PWD) aggregate marks in mathematics and scientific subjects are eligible to participate in stream SA. Topics from Class 11 and Class 12 are covered in the KVPY SA syllabus.

KVPY SX Syllabus 2022
The KVPY SX syllabus 2022 covers subjects and themes from Classes 10th, 11th, and 12th. In order to earn the maximum possible KVPY score, students must complete the KVPY exam syllabus for the SB/SX streams as rapidly as feasible.
- It’s also worth noting that the SB stream will cover not only Class 11th and KVPY syllabus 2022 for Class 12, but also a variety of topics for first-year students.
- The SB and SX tests will have 120 questions, however, only 80 questions for 100 points are expected to be answered.
