IOCL Recruitment GATE 2022 Application Form
The application form for IOCL recruitment through GATE 2022 will be released soon and will available in online mode. The detailed procedure of filling the application form of IOCL Recruitment through GATE 2022 is mentioned below.
Stage 1: Registration
- Enter the Discipline for which you are applying.
- Enter your GATE 2022 Registration Number written on the application form.
- Enter Date of Birth according to the High School mark sheet.
Stage 2: Filling the Application Form of IOCL Recruitment through GATE 2022 scorecard
- Under this section, you need to enter your personal, academic, and communication details.
- Now enter the GATE 2022 registration number and the exact name as per the certificates and registration form.
- Enter the required details whichever is needed.
- To submit the application form, click on the Submit button.
- After the submission, a unique provisional IOCL application number will be generated. Candidates are advised to note this IOCL application number.
- Candidates must have to download the filled IOCL Recruitment 2022 application form and take a print out of it for future reference.
- Candidates must have to paste a passport size photograph (identical to the particular one that was used in GATE 2022) on the printed application form and put their signature at the specified place and keep it ready for verification if they become shortlisted and called for GD/GT and Interview.

IOCL Recruitment through GATE 2022 Basic Eligibility Criteria
Before filling the application form, candidates must have to check the eligibility criteria. Candidates are instructed to read the information brochure from the official website of IOCL to know about the eligibility. Here we have given some basic eligibility criteria for IOCL recruitment through GATE.
Age Limit
- The maximum age limit for General Category candidates should not less than 28 years of age as of June 30, 2022.
- Relaxation in age will be provided for reserved candidates as per Government regulations.
- For Assistant Officers (Quality Control), the maximum age sh0uld be 30 years of age.
Educational Qualification
Candidates who have completed B.E./B.Tech. (only full-time regular courses) in the respective stream and qualified GATE 2022 will be eligible to apply.
For M.Tech
Candidates who have qualified GATE 2022 and those who are pursuing their M.E./ M.Tech are also eligible to apply, but their graduation should be in the respective disciplines in which they want to apply for the post.
Percentage Requirement
The minimum percentage requirement is 65% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination for General and OBC (NCL) category candidates whereas 55% aggregate marks required for SC/ST and PwD candidates.

IOCL Recruitment GATE 2022 Selection Process
The selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of GATE score, Group Discussion (GD), Group Task (GT), and Personal Interview (PI). Those candidates who shall qualify all these rounds shall be selected.
- Candidates who will qualify GATE 2022 examination in the respective stream for which they are applying will be shortlisted if they meet the eligibility criteria.
- After being shortlisted, candidates will have to take part in GT (Group Task), GD (Group Discussion), and PI (Personal Interview) for assessment of different phases of attitude, aptitude, knowledge, and skills of the candidates.
- The candidates are needed to secure a minimum of 40% marks in GD, GT, and PI.
- The discipline-wise final merit will be made on the basis of marks obtained in GD, GT, and PI.
- Those candidates whose names will appear on the merit list will be selected for the desired post.
