The first stage of the Indian Navy MR Recruitment is a computer-based exam that will assess candidates’ matriculation-level knowledge of mathematics, science, and general awareness. Every candidate for the Indian Defense Force needs to demonstrate that they have the necessary level of physical fitness to carry out the duties of their position. In the Indian Navy MR 2022, the Physical Fitness Test will be open to any and all applicants who meet the requirements for participation in the recruitment process and who achieve a passing grade in Phase I of the selection process, which consists of a written examination. The candidate must demonstrate that they are able to successfully complete all three components of the physical exam in order to be considered physically qualified for the position.

If a candidate is successful in the first two stages of the selection process, they will move on to the third and final phase, which is a medical exam, to determine whether or not they are healthy enough to serve in the Indian Navy as sailors. The Indian Navy MR 2022 Medical Examination is going to be carried out by authorised military doctors, and they are going to examine candidates in accordance with the medical standard that is outlined in the regulations that are currently in place.
