Call Letters for IBPS SO 2023
After each round, IBPS issues Call Letters to successful candidates who qualify for the next round. Each Call Letter contains the following information:

IBPS SO 2023 Normalization of Scores
For calculating IBPS SO Result 2023, IBPS will use the equi-percentile method to obtain the corrected scores obtained by candidates in the prelims and mains exams. For the purposes of calculations, scores up to two decimal points will be used. This score will be used to narrow down the candidates for the next round (mains and interview).
Interview IBPS SO 2023
Candidates are chosen for an interview based on their performance in the IBPS SO Mains exam. The Participating Organizations will conduct the interview at various locations. The call letter will include information about the centre, the venue’s address, as well as the time and date of the interview.
The Interview round is of 100 marks. To qualify for the interview, candidates must achieve the minimum qualifying marks listed below.

Provisional Allotment for IBPS SO 2023
Candidates will be chosen by one of the Participating Organizations following the IBPS SO interview round, based on merit-cum-preference and other eligibility criteria as specified by the exam conducting authority. No requests for changes will be considered once the provisional allocation has been made.
IBPS SO is an All India Level Cadre Examination, and candidates who pass it may be posted anywhere in India at the discretion of the participating organisations. Any request for change may result in the candidature being cancelled.
