IBPS RRB Application: How to Apply Online, Application Fees

IBPS RRB application form and official notification were both released on June 2023. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has also released the IBPS RRB exam dates (IBPS). The application fee for IBPS RRB 2021 is Rs. 600 for general and OBC candidates, and Rs. 100 for reserved candidates.

IBPS RRB 2023 Application Process

The application process for IBPS RRB 2023 has four stages:

1. Online Application
2. Obtaining an Application Form
3. Application Fee Payment
4. Print-Out and Confirmation

IBPS RRB 2023 Apply Online

The applicant must first complete the registration process before filling out the application form and paying the IBPS RRB application fee. A candidate is eligible to apply for all of the open positions. Each post on the IBPS RRB application form must be filled out separately.

Prerequisites for IBPS RRB Apply Online

Before filling out the IBPS RRB Application Form, candidates should have some information on hand. The following are the requirements:

• A working phone number, email address, and mailing address.
• a scanned copy of a passport photo,
• Signature of the candidate, scanned
• Left thumb impression of the candidate, scanned
• Scanned copy of the candidate’s handwritten declaration
• To pay the IBPS RRB Application Fee, have your credit/debit card or banking information ready.

How to Apply Online for IBPS RRB 2023?

The following steps can be used to register for IBPS RRB 2023 online.

IBPS RRB Registration is the first step.

The following are the steps to take to register for IBPS RRB online:

• Visit the Institute of Banking Personnel’s (ibps) official website.
• “Click Here now to Apply Online for CRP RRBs-VIII” is the link to use.
• A login page will appear on the screen; select “Click Here for New Registration” from the drop-down menu.
• Now, select the position for which you wish to apply.
• Fill in your basic personal information (first name, middle name, and last name) as well as your contact information (mobile number, landline with STD code, and e-mail ID)
• Re-enter the information and double-check the accuracy.
• Click ‘Save and Next’ after entering the security code.

After saving the information, a temporary Registration ID and Password are generated and displayed on the screen, which candidates must save. The registration ID and password are personal and should not be shared. The candidate is also sent an email and a text message about it.

Step 2 Uploading Documents for IBPS RRB

Following Online Registration, the candidate must upload his or her photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration as directed. To upload the documents, candidates must follow the steps outlined below:

• Re-login using the temporary registration number and password you were given.
• Click the ‘Upload the Photograph’ link.
• Go to the location where you saved the Scanned Photograph.
• Choose a photograph
• Select the Upload/Open option.
• Upload the scanned images of your signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration in the same way.

Filling out the IBPS RRB Application Form in Step 3

After uploading the images, the candidate is directed to the details page, where he or she must fill out the required information. The following are the steps to take:

• Basic, Qualification/Experience/Language, and Survey are the three tabs on the page.
• Enter the category with the correct category code, religion, nationality, and disability information under the Basic Tab.
• For both the preliminary and main examinations, select an IBPS RRB Exam Center and enter the correct state code.
• Mention personal information (gender, father’s or mother’s name, etc.).
• Communication information is also requested, including correspondence address, permanent address with pin code, and state.
• Mention the details of the Bachelor’s degree under Qualification/Experience/Language, such as subject, type of bachelor’s degree, year of passing, and percentage obtained.
• Enter your previous and current work experience, including the employer’s name, title, and year of service.
• Mention your native languages, states, and RRBs of choice.
• Under the survey tab, select the organisations for which you wish to be recruited and review the information on the form.
• After you’ve completed the form, click ‘I agree’ to confirm that the information you’ve entered is accurate.

After you’ve double-checked all of the information, click Submit. Details cannot be changed once submitted, so be cautious. Before submitting the IBPS RRB Online Application, review the information and double-check the information.

Step Payment of the IBPS RRB Application Fee

Application Fee

The application fee for IBPS RRB varies depending on the candidate’s reservation category. The application fee must be paid between July 1 and July 21, 2021. The following are the details of the IBPS RRB 2023 Application Fee:

How to Pay 2023 Application Fee?

Candidates must pay the application fee online after submitting the IBPS RRB Online Application in its entirety. The following are the steps that were taken during the payment process:

• When a candidate fills out the IBPS RRB application form, the system automatically redirects them to the payment page.
• The application fee payment gateway appears on the screen, with payment options.
• Choose from Debit Card, Credit Card, IMPS, Net Banking, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets as a payment method.
• Enter the card number, expiration date, and CVV number if using a debit card.
• Enter the card number and PIN if using a credit card.
• If you choose Net banking, fill in the requested bank information.
• Add the beneficiary for IMPS by mentioning the account details of the organisation to which you want to send money.
• Enter the login details if you want to pay the fee with Mobile Wallets/Cash Cards.
• Click Pay after entering and verifying the information.

IBPS RRB 2023: Confirmation and Print-Out

The IBPSRRB Online Application Process concludes with this step. Following the payment, the following steps must be taken:

• An additional page of the IBPS-RRB Online Application appears after the final submission and payment.
• Follow the instructions to fill in the required information.
• Following the successful payment of a fee, an e-receipt is generated. Print the electronic receipt.
• On the screen, print the final IBPSRRB Online Application Form.

In the event of failed transactions or non-payment of application fees, the candidate must re-login with the provisional number and password to repay the fee by following the steps outlined in step 4 above.
