For stenotypists working in various departments, the initial HPSSC pay will be below the grade level of Rs. 5910-20200+2000. The HPSSC pays Rs. 5910-20200+2800 as a Junior Scale Stenographer.
Candidates will also receive a transportation allowance, provident fund, a contribution to the pension fund, a festival bonus, and a medical facility if hired as an eligible candidate through HPSSC. Applicants will have the opportunity to be promoted to the upper ranks through departmental tests in addition to the stated salary.
