The acronym GAIL stands for the Gas Authority of India Limited in its full form (GAIL India Ltd). In August of 1984, the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas designated GAIL to become a Central Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), which led to the establishment of the GAIL organisation. The firm was initially in charge of the building, operation, and maintenance of the pipeline projects located in Hazira, Vijayapur, and Jagadishpur. At this point, it is one of the major organisations in the world that handles the projects associated with natural gas pipelines. GAIL was responsible for the construction of the pipeline that is 1,800 kilometres long and cost 1700 billion rupees. Check out details about Gail Recruitment 2024.
