A three-tier selection method will be used for the DFCCIL Executive. The first level of the DFCCIL Executive will be an online Computer Based Test (CBT) in which candidates’ technical and non-technical expertise will be tested.
The DFCCIL Executive will have one paper divided into two parts for the positions of Electrical, Signal & Telecommunication, and Mechanical. All fields will use the same Part A syllabus. The syllabus for Part B will be determined by the area of speciality.

Candidates who achieve the Stage 1 (CBT) cut-off marks will advance to the next phase of testing, a Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT). This test is only for the position of Executive (Operations & Business Development).
To be considered for the position of Executive, candidates must pass all CBAT test batteries (Operations & BD). The exam will be conducted in both English and Spanish, and there will be no negative marking.
