The CTET Exam is held twice a year, once in July and once in December. Paper I and Paper II are the two papers in the CTET exams. Candidates interested in teaching grades 1 to 5 should apply for Paper I, while those interested in teaching grades 6 to 8 should apply for Paper-II. They can also apply for both papers. Many states hold their own TET tests to recruit teachers for their state’s public schools. The test’s major purpose is to raise teaching standards in the country and defend children’s right to free and compulsory education.
