  • All of your subjects must have a solid foundation. As a result, make sure to thoroughly study the NCERT books (Classes 6–12). These subjects should be well-understood by the candidate.
  • Enroll in one of the well-known regular test series to assess your preparation and writing speed. This will help your brain reach out to all parts of the syllabus on a regular basis, allowing you to grasp all of the school subjects.
  • Determine whether you want to enrol in a coaching programme or prepare for the exam on your own, as self-study is critical in preparing for the BPSC 2024 exam.
  • Make thorough and accurate notes on Bihar’s history, geography, culture, language, and festivals. Revise your notes on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.
  • Students who choose coaching receive a schedule from their respective institute, which they can adhere to, whereas candidates who choose self-study must be more committed to their studies.
  • The most important thing you should remember is to maintain good health. Never put a limit on how much fun and entertainment you can have. Take time out of your busy schedule to relax and rejuvenate your mind.
  • Choose the right books for your preparation and don’t change them in the middle of it. Keep to the books and take thorough notes. Make it a point to set aside at least 2 to 3 hours from your study time to go over everything you’ve prepared on a regular basis.
  • Candidates who are self-studying should begin by going over the BPSC Syllabus and setting daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Because the syllabus to cover is extensive, planning must be time-bound.
  • BPSC reference books can also be used to obtain study materials.
  • Get a good understanding of the maps of Bihar, India, and the world.
  • Divide your day into different study sections. Give each subject the time and attention that it deserves. A good study schedule is an absolute necessity. You must stick to your schedule.
  • Candidates who cannot afford to attend coaching can enrol in distance learning programmes offered by various institutes, attend online preparation classes, or rely on self-study.
  • You must have a firm grasp on the current events section. You must develop the habit of reading newspapers in order to gain a good understanding of what is going on in the world.
