AP Police Constable Selection Process
Candidates will be required to take a preliminary examination first. Further information on the examination format is provided. The physical dimensions of the qualified candidates will be measured. Candidates who pass the measurement standards will be put through a physical efficiency test. The candidates will then have to take the final written exam. The Preliminary Written Test
The preliminary written exam will be worth 200 marks. Candidates must pass the written test in order to advance to the next phase, the physical standard test.
The Physical Standard Test
The PST round will be held for candidates who have been shortlisted from the written test. Details for the posts of SI, SCT SI, R.S.I., and Fire Officer are listed below:
