Selecting Exam Centre in AFCAT 2022 Application Form
Candidates need to choose their exam centres for AFCAT 2022 while filling out the application form. The procedure for choosing the exam centre is listed below step-by-step.
- Go to the official website of AFCAT.
- Go to the application form and fill in all the required details.
- Choose at least 5 exam centres according to your preference and convenience.
- Recheck all the details before submitting the form.
- Submit the application form.

Important Instructions before AFCAT 2022 Exam
- Candidates are advised to prioritise their exam centres.
- After being assigned an examination centre, candidates will not be able to modify it.
- The admit card will show the exam centre that has been assigned to each candidate. On the admit card, you’ll also see the exam centre’s address.
- The exam centre will be assigned based on the candidate’s preference and available seats.
Items Allowed in the Exam Centre
The admit card also includes certain instructions in addition to the exam date and time. The following materials must be brought to the exam centre in accordance with those instructions.
- AFCAT 2022 E-Admit Card.
- Aadhaar Card of the Candidate.
- Another valid picture identification card with information of name, father’s name, date of birth, and a clear photograph, such as a PAN card, passport, driving licence, voter identity card, college identity card, or any other valid photo identity evidence.
- Two colour passport photos (the same as the photo uploaded during the online application) (to be pasted and not stapled on Admit Card next to the printed photo and the attendance sheet at the exam centre).
- A ballpoint pen (blue or black).
Items NOT Allowed in the Exam Centre
Any of the following items are prohibited from being carried by candidates in the exam centre.
- Textbooks, calculators, documents, slide rulers, log tables, electronic watches with calculators, cell phones with Bluetooth, pagers, or any other digital device
- Candidates are cautioned not to bring any valuable or expensive goods to the centre because their safety cannot be guaranteed. In this case, the IAF shall not be held liable for any losses.
No, once the application has been submitted and the exam centre has been assigned in the admit card, no candidate can modify their exam location.
The best option is to go to the nearest AFCAT SSB centre. There is no factor that distinguishes one AFCAT exam centre from another.
No, calculators, cell phones, or any other electronic device are not permitted in the AFCAT exam. Any of these items must not be found in the possession of the candidates.
Candidates must bring a printout of their AFCAT admit card to the examination centre. There will be no consideration for digital copies of admit cards or ID evidence.
