The National Testing Agency has successfully finished the first shift of day two of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2023 for the BTech and BE paper on January 25, 2023. This shift went from 9 AM to 12 PM and the question paper for this shift was similar to that of last year’s.
JEE Main 2023 had some of the most frequently asked questions in Maths, like Algebra and Calculus; Physics topics such as Laws of Motion, Rotational Motion, Carnot Engine, Work, Power and Energy, Simple Harmonic Motion, Ray Optics, Capacitance, Magnetism, Semi-Conductors, Communication Systems, Modern Physics, Centre of Mass, Electrostatics; and Chemistry had questions from Organic Chemistry including Aldehydes and Ketones, Amines, Carboxylic Acids, Phenols and General Organic Chemistry and from Inorganic Chemistry like Co-ordination Compounds, Chemistry in Everyday Life, Group-18.
An upcoming JEE Main 2023 exam paper will be released shortly for candidates to view. Ramesh Batlish, head of FITJEE Noida, has said that it will contain a comprehensive range of topics from the 11th and 12th grade CBSE curriculum. Students who have taken the exam have said that the material was balanced and akin to the prior year’s paper.

VMC’s CAO, Saurabh Kumar, reported that the JEE Main 2023 day 2 shift 1 exam was comparable to the 2022 paper in terms of difficulty. The mathematics part was more challenging, while chemistry contained more physical-based questions than from the NECRT syllabus. Physics, on the other hand, was more focused on formulas with a few questions featuring assertions and reasoning.
The National Testing Agency is organizing the JEE Main 2023 BE and Technology examinations on January 24th, 25th, 29th, 30th, 31st and February 1st, occurring in two different times on all of the testing dates. The JEE Main 2023 BArch and BPlanning assessments will take place on January 28, 2023, only happening once.
