The NTA has made public the details of the 2023 Joint Entrance Exam Advanced, including the exam date, eligibility requirements, registration timeline, fee, and admit card, on the JEE Advanced official website, jeeadv.ac.in.

JEE Advanced 2023 exam date

The JEE Advanced examination 2023 will be administered as a computer based Test (CBT) in two separate shifts on June 4, 2023. The morning session will be held from 9 AM to 12 PM, and the afternoon shift from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

JEE Advanced 2023 eligibility criteria

All the candidates must simultaneously fulfil each and every one of the following five criteria to appear for JEE Advanced 2023.

• Candidates should be among the top 2,50,000 successful candidates (including all categories) in bachelor of engineering (BE) or bachelor of technology (BTech) paper of JEE (Main) 2023.
• Candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1998.
• The candidate can attempt JEE Advanced for a maximum of two times in two consecutive years.
• A candidate should have appeared for the class 12 or equivalent examination for the first time in either 2022 or 2023 with physics, chemistry, and mathematics as compulsory subjects.
• A candidate should not have been admitted to an IIT irrespective of whether or not the candidate continued in the program or accepted a seat at an IIT by reporting online in the past.

JEE Advanced 2023 admit card

Those who have completed the registration process for JEE Advanced 2023 can access the admit card on the official online platform jeeadv.ac.in. The exam will be held from 10 AM on 29th May 2023 until 2:30 PM on 4th June 2023. The admit card will include the name, JEE Advanced 2023 roll number, photograph, signature, birth date, address and the name and address of the test centre given to the individual.
