This decision was made, in accordance with the Supreme Court’s order, on the 3rd of December and the counselling process will be held as per the previously outlined schedule.
As per the Supreme Court’s decree, the state of Tamil Nadu must alert the Union of India about any unoccupied service category seats within 15 days. The Union of India will be allowed to fill these seats based off of an All India merit list. Half of the seats will be allocated to NEET candidates in the second counselling round.
