Ashok Gehlot, the chief minister of Rajasthan, has given his approval to a proposal allowing members of the reserved category to apply for government jobs even if they do not possess an OBC, MBC, or EWS certificate. According to a formal announcement made on Saturday, if a member of the other backward class (OBC), most backward class (MBC), or economically weaker section (EWS) does not have a caste certificate for any reason, they may still apply for jobs by submitting an affidavit.
It was claimed that making this decision would benefit many candidates who signed up for and took part in this year’s various recruitment exams. The January 20th circular stated that applicants for the reserved category had to have the certificate issued by the proper authority before the application deadline.

Despite the fact that the vacancies for the Livestock Assistant Direct Recruitment Examination-2021, Junior Engineer Direct Recruitment Examination-2022, and Patwar Direct Recruitment Examination-2021 were announced prior to January 20, 2022, it said there were questions regarding the circular’s compliance.
