The 23rd and 24th of July saw REET 2022. Several female REET 2022 candidates claimed that during the exam on July 23, they were required to remove their dupattas and portion of their clothing. Videos of sleeves being cut off of female REET 2022 applicants during centre checks to prevent cheating have surfaced on social media. Due to incorrect centre information on the admit card, many students were in tears after missing their exams. Candidates said that if they were even one minute late, they were denied the opportunity to write the exam. At several centres, there were also reports of cheating.
