NEET PG, MDS Counselling 2022 Round 2: MCC allows candidates to change nationality till tomorrow

Candidates for the National Eligibility Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) and NEET MDS 2022 are permitted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) to alter their nationality from Indian to NRI until tomorrow, October 11, 2022, at 5 p.m.

The MCC notification stated that candidates should email their supporting documentation to nri.adgmemcc1@gmail.com between 5 PM on October 10, 2022 (Monday) and 5 PM on October 11, 2022 (Tuesday) in order to be considered.

NEET PG, MDS Counselling 2022: Documents required for nationality change

  • Documents claiming that the sponsorer is an NRI (Passport, Visa of the sponsored).
  • Relationship of NRI with the candidate as per the Supreme Court orders
  • Affidavit from the sponsorer that he/ she will sponsor the entire course fee of the candidate duly notarized.
  • Embassy Certificate of the Sponsorer (Certificate from the Consulate).
  • NEET scorecard of the candidate.

Students were also informed by the MCC that mail received earlier or later than the allotted period would not be taken into account. Candidates are urged to transmit all enclosed documents in a single mail piece within the allotted period.

Today, October 10, MCC will begin round two registration for NEET PG counselling 2022 and NEET MDS counselling 2022 at mcc.nic.in. Tomorrow, October 11, the choice-filling window will open. Up until October 14, candidates may register and complete their selections for the second round of NEET PG 2022 counselling.
