Today, October 18, the National Eligibility Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) counselling round 2 provisional seat allotment results were made public by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC). On the official website, mcc.nic.in, candidates who applied for NEET PG counselling 2022 can view their provisional results in PDF.
The provisional result for Round 2 of NEET PG Counseling 2022 (for MD, MS, DIPLOMA, MDS, and DNB Courses) is now available, for the information of all candidates. Any discrepancy in the outcome may be reported immediately to the MCC of DGHS through email at mccresultquery@gmail.com up until 7 pm on October 18, 2022. At this point, the provisional outcome will be regarded as “Final,” according to MCC’s official statement.
The provisional result is just suggestive in nature and is subject to change, MCC further informed candidates. The provisional result “cannot be challenged before the Court of Law and the candidates cannot assert any rights over the allotted seat in the provisional result,” it stated. Additionally, it recommended applicants contact their assigned college or institute immediately after the announcement of the final results and only after downloading the letter of allotment from the MCC website. The second round of NEET PG counselling for 2022 comprises the following information: rank, quota allotted, institute, course, category allotted, candidate category, and remarks for candidates.
Candidates whose category or quota has been altered in the same institution and topic are needed to obtain an online-generated relieving letter and be accepted to the assigned institution on the altered category or altered quota seat. In order to keep their seat, they must obtain a new admission letter that was generated online for the new category or quota, according to the PDF of the MCC results.
