Beginning on September 30, 2022, the State CET cell in Maharashtra will begin counselling for the 3-year LLB MH CET law 2022 exam. Choosing law institutions in the order of preference during the MH CET law counselling is a crucial step in the admissions process. The 3-year LLB Centralized Admission Process (CAP) registration deadline is October 10, 2022. Three rounds of the CAP will be held for admission to more than 140 colleges in Maharashtra.

At the time of MH CET legal registration, candidates can select their colleges and pay the counselling fee of Rs. 5000.
Candidates who have secured a non-zero score are eligible to participate in the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). The MH CET law CAP will include the following steps.
The final merit list of candidates included in CAP will be published on October 18, 2022.
CAP round 1
On October 21, 2022, the seat allocation for the first round of the 3-year LLB CAP will be made public. The merit list candidates must report to the designated college and apply for admission between October 22, 2022, and October 29, 2022. The names of the accepted candidates will thereafter be posted by the universities on their official portal until November 2, 2022.
CAP round 2
On November 18, 2022, the final merit list for CAP round 2 will be made public. By November 20, 2022, the seats will be assigned.
CAP round 3
To fill the open seats, CAP round 3 will be an institutional round. The merit list will be posted on the websites and notice boards of each participating college. On November 12, 2022, the merit list will also be accessible on the CAP portal. On September 26, 2022, the MH CET law counselling for the 5-year LLB programme began. The 5-year-LLB Centralized Admission Process (CAP) registration deadline is October 6, 2022.
