The updated Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET 2022) was announced by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) on October 1. According to the updated KCET rank list for 2022, there isn’t much of a dip in freshmen’s rankings for the Karnataka engineering entrance exam.
The rank range of 1 to 500 has not changed. 14 pupils from the class of 2021, however, achieved a rank between 501 and 1,000. According to Ashwathnarayan CN, the education minister for Karnataka, just one repeater previously had a rank inside the top 1,000.
There are 2,063 repeaters who have found rankings between 501 and 10,000. Various reports indicated that the KCET 2022 counselling will start today, October 3, and option entry would likely begin on October 7. There hasn’t been a formal confirmation, though.
“Based on this list, seats will be assigned for UGCET-2022. Later, he noted that the qualifying applicants for the 2022 supplemental examination would be listed on a merit list. By entering their registration number and password on the candidate login window at kea.kar.nic.in, candidates who took the June 16 and 17 KCET 2022 exams can view their updated KCET ranking.
The updated UGCET 2022 results are based on the Karnataka High Court’s suggestion to use the methodology a technical committee had suggested for redoing this year’s Common Entrance Test rankings. The order was issued after students appealed the KEA’s decision to exclude the 2020–21 PU marks from consideration for admission to professional courses in KCET 2022 during the first week of August.

According to the KCET rank list for 2022, Apoorv Tandon of the CBSE National Public School in Yelahanka, who earned a score of 98.611%, was named the winner. The top KCET 2022 Architecture scorers are listed below.

2,10,829 students in total registered for the KCET exam 2022. According to the KCET 2022 result announcement on July 30, 2022, KEA has given out 7 grace marks as a result of a printing error, 5 of which were provided for mathematics and one each for physics and chemistry.
